Music of the evocative crags

I READ the article by Anthony Toole — ‘Over Edlingham Hills to the Black Lough’ (Issue 110) — with great interest. It is indeed a lovely area, and Caller Crags especially is a most evocative place, with faint marks in the stones giving tantalising hints of our prehistoric ancestors’ presence.
He may be interested to know that something of this atmosphere has been captured in music. John and Caroline Bushby have recorded a tune called ‘Caller Crags’ on harp and whistle on their Borderlands CD produced by Shearwater Records. I hope Anthony may get a chance to hear it.
