MANY of the poems in this book were written by Wallsend-based Rita Goodhart when she was going through difficult times in life. They cover a wide range of subjects and many have a nostalgic aspect inspired by the deaths of admired public figures such as Nelson Mandela, David Bowie and Sir Terry Wogan.
